Pre-Paint Vehicle Store System Integration

PR Automation Ltd were commissioned to design and deliver a 1000 car per day vehicle pre-paint store for the automotive industry by one of Europe’s largest material handling companies.

The solution was based on a distributed drive configuration with integrated I/O on an Ethernet architecture, with a directive to achieve a cycle time of 120 UPH.

 

The total system was conceptualised, designed, installed and commissioned into full production within 25 weeks.
